I feel like I'm not in control. I eat too much. I do not track my calories because I'm afraid to find out how many I am taking in. I'm just wondering how to make it easier, this whole eating mess. I feel like I need to make substitutions with foods that I eat/drink.
For instance, I should give up on the coffee creamer and just drink tea.
Instead of crackers I could eat carrots.
Instead of bagels I could make friends with salad, and so on.
My plan is to make lunch for tomorrow and work on planning out my meals for the next day.
