I'm gonna make this a quick one.
I didn't run much this week. At first I was stressed about the interviews, then the hours/days I worked (I got off at 5 a lot this week), the gym was always gonna be crowded. Stupid excuse, but next week I'll tackle it better.
We gave up sugary drinks this week. (Including sweeteners) I'll measure out some sweet tea into my calories from time to time (hi LiveDaily...), so this was actually a really weird week for me since I usually drink tea if I'm eating something that I want to wash the flavor away. (I know... yeah yeah... brush teeth.) Still I get my water in regardless, and it's still my drink when I'm not eating a dinner.
I revamped some gyros by using Morningstar Farm's Mediterranean diet.
Next week I'll do a traditional week's WUB, but this was just an awkward week for me.
