Canceled plans lead to the gym

Last night I was supposed to go out for dinner and dancing with a group of friends from work. I decided that would be my treat and I wouldn't go the gym with everything else going on that day. Well, I got all the way out to the bar only to realize that I had been stood up. Everyone had cancelled and the news never made it out to me. I was beyond frustrated. Luckily another friend who didn't get the news either showed up. We ended up having dinner but left before the dancing.

Since I didn't have plans last night I actually came home and went to gym. I was actually pretty proud of myself that I went home and worked out. My workout wasn't anything major but it was such a change from what I would normally do.

I'm trying to fine other ways to keep the momentum going. My diet has been off the past week but I'm hoping to get my cravings under control. I'm also hoping to refocus on my yoga and even sign up for a parking pass for the state parks so I can start this Spring off right.
