Where does time go?

I used to be so good about writing a blog entry once a week. In fact, it is actually one of my "Other Goals" and yet I've been horrible about it for some time now. There's no excuse. Things are good. Every day rolls smoothly into the next day (knock on wood!), I'm tracking my fitness and nutrition, and am 10 lbs away from my target goal weight. The Winter into Spring 5% Challenge began yesterday, and if all goes as planned, at the end of 8 weeks I'll be within two pounds of that goal.
My students keep me busy. Their parents keep me busy. And DH and I are enjoying the energy that comes from feeling good and being healthy. We cancelled our summer plans to Europe, so we are breathing a bit better and not stressing about finances. I do think my only regret is that I don't have as much time to catch up with my SP friends/family. Today is the first time in ages that I've made it thru my Friend Feed, and now I just need to send out a few personal messages. I do hope everyone is doing well, shaking off the winter blahs, and is setting goals for spring. I think it's time to make goals for the next month, and include some pedicure rewards! THAT will be my next blog. Until then, hugs SP friends!

    I understand about time! I should be getting ready for next weeks classes. Instead I'm laying up sore from a workout yet still need to get another hour in to help with team travel!
