you realise its been over a year (maybe even two) since you paid any real attention to your nutrition, health or fitness. As a result you have forgotten the basics of how to eat healthy, and lost all motivation as you attempt to start at square one again.. only to realise that you cant remember how or where to start. Depressing really.
* Sigh* ..any tips, advice, help at this stage is much appreciated.
