Yesterday was another one of those days where I really, REALLY did not want to work out. I was tired, I was sore, and I was grumpy. All night at work I had in my head I wasn't going to go to the gym. If I did go, I was only going to stay for a little while - no S.L.E.D., no intense cardio, just enough to say I went.
I went. I worked out. I pushed.
And I felt great after.
