Working Out

Yesterday was another one of those days where I really, REALLY did not want to work out. I was tired, I was sore, and I was grumpy. All night at work I had in my head I wasn't going to go to the gym. If I did go, I was only going to stay for a little while - no S.L.E.D., no intense cardio, just enough to say I went.

I went. I worked out. I pushed.

And I felt great after.

    i work out at home and i have tons of dvds and a notebook pc in my basement workout space so i also have access to spark videos (and other online ones as well). so all i have to do is a short 10 minute workout which will generally lead me do doing more. i either add more to my workout or modify my intensity. someties i can only go 10-20 minutes and then i go so some other shores and then i can go back downstairs and do more later.

    I had that same problem a few weeks ago, I had completely decided I wasn't going downstairs to walk on treadmill. It was dark, it was late and very cold, next thing I knew I was putting on a sweatshirt and shoes. The best walk in a while!
