Springing Workout Game Challenge

Sunday, February 24, 2013

This week's challenge was to find a workout game and complete it twice this week. Since I watch Big Bang Theory at least 3 times a week (thanks, TBS!), I was really excited to find a Big Bang Theory workout! Here are the 2 best ones I found:

Anyone says "here we go" to Sheldon's rants - 5 burpees
Penny says "Sweetie" - 5 pushups
Raj stops talking when a woman appears - 10 crunches
Sheldon says something grossly inappropriate - 10 jumping jacks
Wolowitz says a pickup line - 30 second plank
Something goes over Penny's head - 10 mason twists
The Gang gets take out food - 10 squats
Amy hits on Penny (or makes her uncomfortable) - 5 lunges / leg
Sheldon knocks on Penny's door - 5 bicycles
Sheldon has a facial tick - 10 scissors

Sheldon misunderstands sarcasm - 20 pushups
Comic book reference - 30 butt kicks
Bazinga - 20 jumping jacks
Everytime someone knocks - 10 situps
Bonus: Segment with none of the above - 5 burpees

emoticon I hope everyone decides to share how they feel after they've played their workout games. I have a feeling the word exhausted might be used. emoticon emoticon
