Well, I went and weighed myself today as soon as I got up. I lost 2 more pounds this week. So I have lost a total of 9 pounds so far. Now I just got to get measuring my food out at every meal that I eat so that I can meet my food goals.
Wonder if it is a good thing that I go over the calories to burn or not. They say for me to burn a certain amount, but by the time that I have worked out for 2 or 3 days, I have gone over that amount.
