I weighed myself today, so I'd have a starting point (plus I forgot to weigh on Friday).
189.8 (not too bad considering the junk i've eaten this weekend.
I ate a nice breakfast (which I don't usually eat, breakfast that is) and I had a good lunch...BUT I haven't had any water, which I am realizing now. :( I need to get on that!
