This morning I went for a run, ate after, but still felt a bit wonky. I need to figure out how to deal with that because it is my nemesis. If I don't deal with it right away, I feel off for the rest of the day and then eat mindlessly in the evening, which is basically the opposite of what I want, and is probably a stumbling block in my weight loss. Tonight I am going to deal with that. I'm going out in the evening, and when I come back I have a snack waiting. If I end up eating when I'm out, it will be a small snack, like poached eggs, or an espresso with milk in it (to fill me up on something good).
