Well, I was looking at my Fitness Minutes here on Spark. It is not the truth. I was slacking for quite a while tracking my food and fitness here on SP. It started to catch up with me and I needed some extra help. I joined WW. I am actually tracking there, all my food and my fitness.

Trying to track in both places is too hard. I just didn't want all of my SP friends to think I have given up on my quest for a healthy life. Right now, just needed a change!

I still check in and spin the wheel. Post here on the Blogosphere and read articles.

    Who cares WHERE you are tracking, what is important is to find the tools and support you may need to live a healthy life!
You might want to take away that fitness minutes trackeron your Spark page and all. In any case this is YOUR journey and don't worry about what others might think.
