To all my Spark Friends - I'm sorry I've been gone for a while.
It all started when my computer started acting up before Christmas. I managed to continue working out and losing weight through the holidays. I was actually down to 200 pounds. After I got a new computer the flu hit hard in my family and at work. My #1 PROBLEM: I eat when I don't feel good. It started with ice cream for my sore throat and progressed to paczis and diet cola. I had the hardest time quitting once I started. I would track my food and fitness for a day or two, cheat, then quit just to start over again.
The other day I stepped on the scale and to my horror it said 215 pounds. THAT'S IT! I have just thrown away all the time and effort I have given for the last few months just to have a pig fest for one lousy month. IT ENDS NOW.
Starting today I am starting over from the beginning. New spark page, new easier to reach goals and a new attitude. I WILL track every bite I eat. I WILL exercise 6 days a week even if it is only 10 minutes. I WILL DO THIS - NO EXCUSES.
