First week back.

This journey never ceases to amaze me. Only one week back and so many of the ideas/tricks and words of wisdom from Sparkers just started flowing back into my brain. Or maybe I should say "out of the files tucked in the back of the brain, these learned habits came forward again".
It wasn't an easy week, but it wasn't all that difficult either. Planning and tracking my food made portion control easy. Getting back to regular exercise made sitting for extended periods of time impossible. (energy level up). Drinking most of my water before 3 PM meant not playing catch up before bedtime. Speaking of bedtime, I am sleeping much better too.
So all in all it feels good to be back on track and once again moving forward. Thanks for being here for me, my friends.
