I'm a little nervous about tomorrow's weigh in becuase yesterday i over ate emoticon emoticon Oh man, i feel really stupid for doing it too. I totally have a guilty conscious and i really hope I didnt just sabatage my entire week by doing so. emoticon I guess if i did it'll be something to learn from and i'll just move on, but i worked so hard this week too! Blaaaahhhh, what a bummer, but I guess we'll find out tomorrow the results of my infidelities.

Beating yourself up doesn't help you at all. In fact, stressing yourself out will actually make things worse. Learn from it: What were the triggers to cause you to overeat and how can you prevent them in the future? What did you try to do to stop eating when you realized you were going overboard? What caused you to realize you were overeating? Once you learned what went wrong, you'll have an idea how to prevent it in the future. Also, look at what happened in the days leading up to it; did you undereat or over-exercise, leaving you starving for food and you couldn't take it anymore? Did you try to make too many dramatic changes at once and your body rebelled?

Reflect on the entire week and why you made the choices you did to really learn from what happened.

You might try drinking tons of water & eating lots of verifies today to offset yesterday's intake.

    Good luck.
