Sparkler's Week 2: workout challenge game

This is designed for me personally and can be accomplished by with some effort. My goal is to complete each exercise at least three time a day for the week starting on Monday 2/25/13. In another challenge the 5% challenge the focus on water so this will work well with that challenge also .

Note add 10 touches for every time your spouse says water

    Great idea ..... Water.... sorry I had to, my legs would be exhausted from doing squats, you can always hear water running between my kids in the showers and I have a fish tank that has a trickle filter on it .. haha, have a great time with this

    What a fun and creative idea! emoticon I'm still working on mine, I'm such a procrastinator. I have to keep reminding myself that this is a game I WANT to play and by playing I'll be winning. emoticon Because my first instinct when I read, 10 walking lunges for every 16 oz of water, was I'd be dehydrated this week because I hate lunges. emoticon
