Sparkler's Week 2: workout challenge game

This is designed for me personally and can be accomplished by with some effort. My goal is to complete each exercise at least three time a day for the week starting on Monday 2/25/13. In another challenge the 5% challenge the focus on water so this will work well with that challenge also .
