Well it's been another week of not doing so great. I went back on old habits. Hard. We're talking gluten, sugar, overeating, lazing around, etc. Not good. I have no excuses to offer. My health has returned so I have no excuse. I'm going to have to do another detox. I feel it in my digestive system. I'm also changing my fitness routine. I'm going to try out the January Jumpstart challenge again (I tried last year and quit after a week) and go from there. Maybe doing this will get me back in the fitness groove. I really want to. But my laziness keeps getting in the way. But no more. I have to do this. I'm back in the 280s. Last year I was in the 250s. 30 pounds?! I don't think so. It's my time to get back in gear. I know I can do this. All I have to do is do it. So here we go. That's pretty much it for an update for this week, but I wanted to share some songs with you guys. I know, kinda lame, but music is in my soul. I love to sing. One of these days I'll get a mic or a webcam and share with you. And hopefully don't burst your ear drums.
