My favorite all time acronym.
How many can guess it.....Everyone I hope.
Praise God From Whom All Blessings Flow!

Feeling so blessed this AM....getting ready for church & guess what?
I got into pants I hadn't worn in a long time.
Was feeling uck as didn't feel I was seeing my 19 lb loss....
I am 5'9 and a big gal so....the lbs don't show up as I wish they would.
But I am vindicated today. In these pants...YEA!
They are still a bit tight around the waist but.....thats the next step.
I am a happy gal.

Ha.....trying to take my own pic before church:)
Have a Blessed Sunday & Be Sure To Thank Him for all your Blessings!!!
Keep Sparking!

Yes - it does feel great. I've lost nearly 30 lbs now and so I am noticing a difference with the fit of my clothes and also the seat belt in the car has more give. Have a good week.
