Well, I gave in to temptation a couple of days this past week. However, I am determined to get back on track, full speed ahead, this week. The one plus yesterday is that I shoveled the snow and ice off the sidewalks.

I simply cannot wait for the farmers markets to open! I love fresh organic produce. I have tried to educate my family on the difference between organic and other produce. I even use soap to wash my apples and pears. I know that I shouldn't do this with lettuce and such but I just can't help myself. Does anyone else have this issue? Oh well, I am just crazy I guess. The pesticide issue just really bothers me I guess.

Next week I will start my herb garden. I always start them inside. I'm not sure that I will be planting them outside this year. I'll think about it.
