I love that she keeps saying, "I don't eat very much, " when it is apparent that she does eat a lot. I would guess about 4000 calories in the food that she described eating that day. An average woman needs only 2000. I would definitely gain the weight back that I lost on 2000 calories if I stopped exercising regularly.

Why go to a dietitian if you aren't going to take his/her advice? I feel the frustration of the dietitian.
