Amusing video

Sunday, February 24, 2013

I love that she keeps saying, "I don't eat very much, " when it is apparent that she does eat a lot. I would guess about 4000 calories in the food that she described eating that day. An average woman needs only 2000. I would definitely gain the weight back that I lost on 2000 calories if I stopped exercising regularly.

Why go to a dietitian if you aren't going to take his/her advice? I feel the frustration of the dietitian.

Thanks for posting - sure does point out a lot of the mis information people have about food and what is considered "good" or "bad"to eat .. emoticon

Luckily some people who go to dietitians do take the advice and make changes that help then live healthier lives .. emoticon

unfortunately there are also those who do not heed the advice and, yes, that has got to be very frustrating. emoticon
