    Add more nuts for protein and healthy fats :-) For example, walnuts have tons of healthy fat and protein and I've been eating those all week. Yummy!

    Hi, I wish we had a Y here, we really don't have much to go excersize at. We do have a mall that everyone walks at. I may eventually go there two times a week. The dehydrator sounds like it would be fun to do, mabe down the road we will try it, hope your day is wonderful, happy sparking too. emoticon
