Week Two Springing Challenge: Workout Game

This week's challenge is to create a workout game, and do it at least twice this week. I thought about all the shows I watch, but I only watch them ONCE a week. But I do see a lot of commercials!

So I split it the workout into three segments. First is legs, second is abs, third is arms. Repeat until end of commercial break.

Commercial Break Workout

Break One
20 Jumping Jacks
20 Lunges (alternating legs)
10 Squats

Break Two
Jog in Place 30 seconds (one commercial)
15 Crunches
15 Bicycles

Break Three
20 High Knees
20 Bicep Curls (use cans of soup/water bottles if you don’t have weights!)
20 Pushups (I do my pushups against a surface!)
