Today I got on the scale and I want to toss it out the window! I worked out 6 days last week doing bootcamp workout and I know you start to gain muscle and that can affect the scale but it is still very discouraging . It just make me want to eat but I also know this is not going to do anything. So now what? I guess I need to keep pushing along and I should... I better start to see results. Part of the challenge at work is our measurements so hopefully I will see some results there... I hope. Why does weight loss have to be so hard?
