I'm working towards becoming the healthiest I can be and somewhere along the way I realized that in order to keep the momentum and the successes, I have to keep doing the same things that got me there. Be open to change, refining my skills, newer, improved, eating habits and different foods. I am already researching maintenance because I need time to get in that mindset. I've discovered that maintenance is exactly what I've been doing lately; making smart choices and tracking my water and nutrition. I can do this!
