Week 9 Day 1

Still stuck. This is week 7 of no change, so as per my plan I will be selecting a persistence reward for the 8th week of my plateau for staying on plan despite the scale not budging. My measurements were no better, lost some inches in some places, gained in others. I will be switching my weight training up this week and might also change the cardio part. I am also thinking of adding some coconut oil to my diet to help. I will not let the plateau beat me, I will beat the plateau. So I will not think on it now, instead I will think what my persistence reward will be next week if I am still stuck. I am leaning towards some new workout clothes. I plan to check out some options this week & then order some. If I am still at my plateau then I get the clothes for sticking on the plan (ahem... so no falling off the wagon if I want those clothes). If I do lose weight next week, then that drop in the scale will be my victory instead. Either way I win. I will stay on track & eventually this plateau will end and I will see the scale moving down again.

    Great spirit to not get frustrated. Have you considered changing up your eating? Are you eating too much of the same. I just added shakology and broke my plateau. God luck & Keep up the great work emoticon
