I know, I've said all this before, but this is my promise to myself!
I've had a rubbish few months, but now I'm focusing on ME
I now work within walking distance of home, so I'm kickstarting my fitness regime
My goals each week then are to:-
Drink at least 8 cups of water per day
Eat clean whenever possible (making my own food and eating healthy snacks0
Get my 5-6 portions of freggies per day
exercise 30 mins 5 times per week
continue with Yoga (once a week for now)
do my strength training (always struggled with this)
I'm going to achieve all this by doing Bootcamp (and actually completing it!) starting today
wish me luck folks!
Oh and I have to book a holiday for June, I'm not going looking like this!
