It's past midnight and I'm still awake.
I just wanted to repost my 5% Challenge goal.
February 23: 156.8 (down 1.4 lbs since last week's weigh in!)
A) How many pounds will you lose to achieve your 5% weight loss?
156.8 X .05 = 7.84 pounds
Current Weight: 156.8/157 pounds
Target Weight: 148.8/149 pounds
By When: April 20th, 2013
B) Please update your data in Start/my Goals & Progress Section, go down to 'Pounds Lost' and change the goal for your new target weight and target date. Then click on 'Save my changes'.
C) Please update your Calories to Burn This Week (Exercise Plan)
My Goals & Progress:
Goal to eat 1200 - 1550 calories per day
Goal to burn 1550 calories per week
Goal to go from 159 to 149 by 04/20/2013
