Sunday- 20 min jog and Body Pump class
I ended up jogging a 5k
Monday- rest day (ran errands)
The screen on the bike wasn't working and I had a headless debacle to deal with, but I got through the class.
Wednesday- 20 min jog and Body Pump class
My jog turned out to be a self-pep talk walk and the class pumped me up to declare my self-love
Thursday- rest day (Got those taxes done!)
It was awesome, like always.
Saturday (today)- rest day
Resting on Saturdays is hard! Especially when I start feeling bored, but I tell myself my body needs it.
Next week is planned out:
Tomorrow the virtual 5K is a tribute to A-NEW-TARA; Sole Sparker team member who is now an angel in the sky.
I swapped my Mondays' rest day to Tuesday, my sister is getting a biopsy and I'll be lending my moral support on Tuesday.
Wednesday, I have a Plan A and Plan B. The plan I execute will depend on whether or not I'll be working a full 8 hour shift or not.
Thursday and Friday, I will definitely be working an 8 hour shift so in order to keep my once a week yoga class I moved it to Thursday night.
