Sunday- 20 min jog and Body Pump class emoticon I ended up jogging a 5k

Monday- rest day (ran errands)

Tuesday- cycle emoticon The screen on the bike wasn't working and I had a headless debacle to deal with, but I got through the class.

Wednesday- 20 min jog and Body Pump class emoticon My jog turned out to be a self-pep talk walk and the class pumped me up to declare my self-love emoticon

Thursday- rest day (Got those taxes done!) emoticon

Friday- yoga emoticon It was awesome, like always.

Saturday (today)- rest day emoticon Resting on Saturdays is hard! Especially when I start feeling bored, but I tell myself my body needs it.

Next week is planned out:

Tomorrow the virtual 5K is a tribute to A-NEW-TARA; Sole Sparker team member who is now an angel in the sky.

I swapped my Mondays' rest day to Tuesday, my sister is getting a biopsy and I'll be lending my moral support on Tuesday.

Wednesday, I have a Plan A and Plan B. The plan I execute will depend on whether or not I'll be working a full 8 hour shift or not.

Thursday and Friday, I will definitely be working an 8 hour shift so in order to keep my once a week yoga class I moved it to Thursday night.

Last week of February, how are you ending your month?

    You have a great system going. I need to practice writing out a plan that way I feel the need to stick to it! February was a great month so far and have plans to make sure it ends that way emoticon How's your month coming along?

    I absolutely love that you have your fitness minutes planned out and are able to be flexible when needed plus have a plan b when needed!

    Looks like you had a busy week. It always works better when one writes it down for sure! I have ended my Feb by continuing to work on a workout from the "Metabolic Masterpiece Program " called "Rock That Body". It's great and give you a good workout! Thanks for sharing!

    Looking forward to the time change and starting to walk again. Had a great walk on the beach at Belmont Shores yesterday -- SoCal really beats NoCal this time of year weather-wise!

    I'm ending my month with cake. 5 birthdays in the family this month warrant it. So I'm pretty much a spark flunkie. Looks like you are doing enough for both of us though so that's good! Keep up the good work! emoticon

    Great job on meeting all the goal. Next week's work out schedule is well made with plan A and B. Good luck on your sister's biopsy. Praying for everything will turns out good way.
