I got my exercise in today. I'm going to pull T-tapp back out of my bag of tricks. It's sad how you know something is good for you, and you have to make yourself do it. I love how T-tapp gets my body in shape, but I get bored so easily. So I think I've got to use mind over matter. It's what's good for me. Period. But I also love different types of cardio and DDP yoga. I made out an exercise schedule for myself and made appointments for them in my phone. To combat the boredom, I'm leaving the type of cardio I do up to the mood I'm in, as long as I do 30 minutes per session. I'm hoping and praying this works for me.
As for nutrition, it will continue to be a work in progress. Focusing on my water this week is a great place to start.
I'm feeling positive today, and can't wait for metamorphosis to begin!
