That's what I have been missing from SparkPeople. We are halfway through our Body Challenge at our CrossFit gym and I am disappointed with how I have done- foodwise, which has put on some weight. It's important to me to see some vast improvement from when I first started the challenge in mid January. Right now, weight-wise, I am right at where I first started the challenge. 133 lbs. (well, 132.8 as of this morning). I have had a good week... not great, but a def. improvement from the previous weeks. I was up to 136.8 several days ago when I was binging.
In two weeks we take our spring vacation and I am stressing already about gaining weight. I am hoping I can use my blog here in SparkPeople to be accountable and eat well. Vacation is not an excuse to binge. And knowing myself like I do, one little treat will not satisfy me and will only make me want more... I do not want junk, nor do I need it.
Tomorrow I am going to blog about my goals for the week. That always helps me!

PS For those that read my last blog, I have found that DH's laptop with my wrist splints is pretty easy on my hands. I love that I can get back on here and blog again and remain in touch.
