Zowie, this winter's getting to me. Too much cold, too much snow, a boatload of stress from school, from family from everything.

I feel like I'm going to collapse from the weight of it all.

I keep thinking I'm ready to make health and fitness changes, but then...I don't.

I think I have the winter blues.

I figure if I start blogging regularly, I'll pick up momentum. As it stands, my standby clothes are getting too tight...to the point that they look sloppy. that's irritating.

And hopefully a catalyst for change. Because man...I'm not feeling like myself these days!!!

    THE very best stress buster I have EVER found is running...especially if you are not good at it or aren't a regular runner. It wipes my mind clean for the time I am out there!! and that is amazing! I cant practice breathing, not trip and kill myself and sip water and think about anything else!! and man winter sucks the big one!!! maybe you have SAD..google it and see the things you can do to feel a little better..I bought a pricey alarm clock that mimicks the sun rise and it has helped!
