Started limu yesterday, noticed a slight increase in energy which is amazing. Contemplating trying LIMU LEAN meal replacements as well. Though now i seem to be doing okay calorie wise. Today i atelittle so that i could splurge a little tonight. Though i think if i would have ate normally i would not still be hungry (like i am now). I think if i would have ate normally i still would have stayed within my calorie limits just as i did. But THREE cheesedog pigs in a blanket?! Yikes! Thankfully i only bought 1 pack from the store- next pigs in a blanket meal will be turkey dogs! And i will limit myself to 2 MAX with 1 cup of green beans. :) next weigh in is in 6 days!! Was hoping to get outdoors this week for cardio but it is way too cold! (Wind chill of 10 or less) and we have a terrible snow storm (expected 6 to 12 inches) coming in the beginning of the week and temps will not rise so i suppose for another couple of weeks i will stay indoors for cardio and *HOPEFULLY* once it warms up i can start walking the mile track at the park a few blocks over. I am still pushing forward. Though this goal for the week is AT LEAST 8 hours of sleep! This 4 to 5 sometimes less is catching up to me big time.
