Well, this week has taught me something I had already suspected. I need to eat a good breakfast every day. There were several days this week where I skipped breakfast and I paid for it. My late night snacking got the best of me on each of those days and I went way over my calories. It also hit me that I didn't make my water goals those days either. I forgot to carry it with me so I drank something else in its place. Good thing my weight seems to be at a plateau and didn't go up.
So some new goals for this week;
1. Carry water every day and/or make the choice of water from the soda machine.
2. Up the fruit and veggie intake. Remember, salads are good!
3. Use the fitness center at school at least twice this week, IT'S FREE!!!
4. Do stretching routine every day. Your body will thank you.
