Springing- Week One

Springing week one is about to end here in about three hours and it's about time that I tell y'all about myself. I'm Kim [waves hello] and I've been a sparker on and off since 2009. My user name came about from my love of knitting. In 2009 I started off great and was really dedicated to SP. It's waxed and waned over the years but 2013 feels like the year that I'm finally going to get it together. I've been in control of things since the beginning of the year and I'm committed. Here's a little about myself. I've been with my boyfriend for 8 years now, we're not engaged but we've talked about plans and babies and all that coming up in the next few years. I work as a medical technologist in a blood bank and I love it. I have one dog, a brittany spaniel named Cooper, he turns five this year. I love to cycle and in the winter you can find me in spin class. I've always struggled with my weight and with PCOS it's always a battle. I like food and I'm not naturally a very active person, I'm working on it but some days getting to the gym is a major mental struggle. I talk about my dog a little bit to much but since there are no babies in my life I justify it.
Goals for this challenge:
Loose weight, this is obvious but I would like to lose 1.5 pounds per week
Tone up the arms
Gain some confidence about my body
Current body fat is 37%
