Huh. We always hear that in order to diet you have to eat "special diet food". I'm eating old-fashioned American food (including desert) and the tracker keeps telling me I'm not eating enough. Something weird going on here.
Well, Tuesday is Weigh-In Day. (Technically I weigh myself every day but because I'm pre-menopausal I only count it once a month. I'm not going to obsess of the vagaries of menstrual-induced weight fluctuation.) After that I'll add more protein to my diet and see what happens.
EA Sports Active 2 is also making me rethink my schedule. It's pre-made workouts fold cardio and strength training together. I've been doing those on separate days, so it's either reconfigure their workouts or reconfigure my schedule. I could always focus on balance games on the off days. Goodness knows I need the practice.
The girls like EA Sports Active 2. This is good, as they are a primary reason I got it. One's already started her teenage growth spurt and the other is about to begin. If they don't work on their core muscles while their torso is lengthening they'll set themselves up for excruciating back pain and I wouldn't wish that on any young woman.
