Healthy Week End

I have been very busy with my family and looking for a house....

We found a great house yesterday, only to find out there was an offer already....so Tuesday it's back to looking more....

i have been trying hard to eat healthy and keep up with my exercise.....

As I watch the older folk at the rehab place I know I need to do this for me...they explain to my Dad that no matter what some form of exercise should happen every day, NO MATTER YOUR AGE.... today a very pretty young women told him if you can breathe you can exercise......lol...she is right....it can be as easy as a walk or as hard as a full out run...depends your ability....she was nice and got him to laugh and enjoy the stretchy band exercises ...I learned a few things to do for myself as well...

I'm hoping I am encouraging him to do more when he gets home...if he keeps doing as he is now we will be taking him home by next Saturday.....this young lady told him to even keep to soup can near where he sits the most and do curls and over head lifts several times a day....start slow them work your way up....this will keep you moving and enjoying your life....

so lets all be good examples for our loved ones...get up and do it for them.....lets be good role models..and we too will reap the benefits..
