Tonight I have a birthday party. Later in the week, I will be having lunch out and pizza one evening too. While I am grateful to have friends and family with whom I have these little food celebrations, I am finding that it's very difficult to lose any weight. So, do I give up the celebrations or learn to manage them? I choose to manage them, and make healthier choices. Even with pizza I can select a side salad. As for tonight, I will choose wine over cake. Let's see where this takes me.
