Work just seems to have it in for me--yet another 90 day challenge starting on 3/1, but this time they are judging by body fat percentage lost. Finally a challenge not about the scale! As much as I love the Biggest Loser, the scale aspect always turned me off-muscle is denser than fat, and fat takes up5 times the space in the body. So bring on the heavy weights that I love so much, and the sprinting that has won my heart over and over!
This time will be different as I will be doing it on a vegetarian/vegan diet-but no animals will suffer because of it so that is a good thing!
