I don't often say that: everyone needs to read this. In this case, everyone really does, especially everyone involved with Spark People.
It was eye-opening and slightly horrifying at the same time. It involves US: our eating habits and how big food companies target US with their food products. It explains A LOT about the science behind WHY we crave the food we crave, and why it's so hard to give up soda, chips, and other junk food.
Do yourself a favor, and read it.
I think I'm going to read it again, and then I'm going to renew my promise to myself to continue to eat as healthy as I can.
