Ain't Nothin' Gonna Break My Stride

Even in sickness, I will not be defeated! lol. Today is the first day of the 5% challenge. I consumed my 10 glasses of water before noon and contributed to my team's trip to Moscow by logging 55 fitness minutes. I was shooting for 95, but I was interrupted to make breakfast. My exercise consisted of the level one 30 Day Shred. I had to take another run at that. I still have some congestion, but I'm tired of waiting! After that, I did 2 miles of Leslie Sansone's 5 mile workout.
I'm hoping my renewed attention to the water intake will keep me from overeating this week. Even being sick doesn't curb my appetite. I need to be really mindful of what I'm doing in the evening or I'll wind up scarfing down a day's worth of food in a matter of hours. I must stay focused and not throw away all the hard work. Somehow, I managed to maintain my weight this week. I'm lighting it up this week. Look for a big number from me next week!!
