Better Sleep Challenge

I have decided to start off my SparkPeople program this time with focusing on my sleep and helping increase my energy levels by first making sure I am getting enough sleep at night.

I am starting small and slow and this is an area that I have been struggling with for years.

My goals:
1. get to bed by 11:00 pm
2. wake up by 7:00 am
3. keep a sleep journal (daily)

    Oh! I work on my sleep schedule too! I wish all of the best for you in completing this challenge. Sleep is definitely awesome. It's probably why I have a large collection of funky pj pants. Example: Kelly green pants with monkeys and rainbows. The stuff scaring neighbors is made of. lol!

  Hi Jitterbug! My goal is to bed by 12 and up at 7. So, in moving towards that goal, this week I'm ok with to bed by 12:30 and up by 7:30 and if it's earlier, that fine too. I started my sleep log today and found the article on the sleep diary very helpful. emoticon
