I have decided to start off my SparkPeople program this time with focusing on my sleep and helping increase my energy levels by first making sure I am getting enough sleep at night.
I am starting small and slow and this is an area that I have been struggling with for years.
My goals:
1. get to bed by 11:00 pm
2. wake up by 7:00 am
3. keep a sleep journal (daily)
