Day 46 (Bootcamp Day 2)

Today's bootcamp was lower body .. I was really afraid I wouldn't be able to keep up because I am SO weak! But I guess my extra Wii exercises and time on the elliptical have been helping because it wasn't bad at all.

A little while after the video my husband let me take a walk ALONE. I was surprised how much faster I could go without pushing my 30lb+ tot in his stroller!! I kept my pace at about 4.2mph for the first half and about 3.8mph for the second. With the stroller I think my fastest walk is usually around 3.7mph.

I am really excited about this bootcamp. I know it's only day 2 .. but it feels GOOD to be challenging my body more. I took some before photos (which I will not be posting because I was in my undies!) and can't wait to see how much I've changed when the bootcamp ends!
