This week, I just didn't feel like exercising much so I only attended the gym once and went running once. I also ate on track 5 out of the 7 days and I'm alright with that.
This coming week, I'll try to go running much more because I had set a goal to go running at least 10 times in February and I only managed 5 times, so if I want to meet my goal, I have to go running Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Big contract but I can manage if I cut a little distance each day though, so I don't injure myself by over training.
