Water Water Everywhere

So I was reading another person's blog and I was amazed at how much water she drinks on a daily basis (100 oz). I thought I was doing well with 64 oz. a day. So yesterday I drank up (Didn't hit 100, but I got to 90 oz). I stepped on the scale today and I finally broke from my recent plateau and lost 2 more lbs...

Tip to all my Sparklers... drink so much water you can't stand it when you hit a plateau...It may be just the trick.

    You might be onto something! My trainer always says, "Drink a glass of water if hunger should arise." I never want to hear it, but I am sure that drinking more water is key to a healthier life. I do agree with you, 100 oz. in a day is amazing. I think I would float away, but I am going to try to drink more too LOL emoticon
