One Day Closer to the GOAL!

Here I am another day closer to my goal of getting healthy and losing weight. If you would have asked me six months ago if I would be staying on track with eating and adding exercise...I would have said no way! It is amazing how when you set your mind to something and you truly want it, how nothing will get in your way. I am still a beginner at this and I often make mistakes, but I am so much better than I was two months ago. I am so eager to see where I will be in two more months. I am trying hard not to beat myself up when I get off track. Before I would have just given up, but now I get back on program and move forward. I am very proud of myself for the first time in a very long time. I am happy to be me! I wish everyone who is on their own journey the best of luck and I want them to know they are worth all the effort they put in!!! emoticon emoticon
