I missed one run this week because I was feeling pretty sore, so I just took a walk instead. I am not stressed about it. I am going to try to stretch a lot this weekend to get myself ready for a busy week! My goal is to be 359 by next week's weigh-in.... so I will need to get in three good runs and stay in my calorie range all week!
I am feeling great about my progress! Eating more whole grains (especially at breakfast) seems to be helping me avoid binge eating later in the evening. Running is relieving stress and making me feel happier. I still had one bad eating night this week.. I mean, really bad. Like, an extra meal of gluten-free pizza bad. So yeahhh, I think that I can make it to 359 this week if I can avoid doing that again... like, there's nothing wrong with indulging a bit one night a week, but I need to keep it in check a little bit better. Ah well, I am sure I will do better... I know I can do it this week! 359, here I come.
