It was a rough week. My foot started hurting while I was on the treadmill, so I cut my exercise short that day. My students have been sick, I've had 7 students out all week & not necessarily the same students. I started to feel like I was getting sick, so I came home on Thursday & put on my sweats & did nothing all evening. No wonder I made no progress!

Next week is a busy week: a meeting Monday night, a program at school Tuesday night, a PD Wednesday after school & we're going to see The Lion King on Thursday night. So I know I will not work out Monday or Thursday & Friday is usually my off day. I don't know how I'm going to get everything done that I need to with all this extra going on!

Off to go plan our dinners for next week.

    Remember, no pain, fine with me. Pain is your body's way of tellinmg you something. Stopping when it hurt and letting it heal will result is less time off that "playing through the pain" and creating a much more intense injury.
