Days 18-22 of 140 Day Challenge

1) Stay within or under my calorie ranges.
2) Work out 10 minutes

Day 1 (Feb 1st): emoticon
Day 2 (Feb 2nd): No to the nutrition but yes with the fitness.
Day 3 (Feb 3rd): emoticon
Day 4 (Feb 4th): No with nutrition yet again but yes to fitness.
Day 5 (Feb 5th): emoticon
Day 6 (Feb 6th): emoticon
Day 7 (Feb. 7th): emoticon
Day 8 (Feb. 8th): Today was my splurge day so I relaxed and ate out for dinner.
Day 9 (Feb. 9th): emoticon
Day 10 (Feb.10th): emoticon
Day 11 (Feb. 11th): emoticon
Day 12 (Feb. 12th): emoticon
Day 13 (Feb. 13th): emoticon
Day 14 (Feb. 14th): emoticon
Day 15 (Feb. 15th): emoticon
Day 16 (Feb. 16th): emoticon
Day 17 (Feb. 17th): No to both (was over calories by 47 and I didn't workout today)
Day 18 (Feb. 18th): emoticon
Day 19 (Feb. 19th): emoticon
Day 20 (Feb. 20th): emoticon
Day 21 (Feb. 21st): emoticon
Day 22 (Feb. 22nd): No to both (over 200 calories and I didn't workout)

I am going to make a couple of new recipes this week to try. I've been thinking that I need something quick and easy for lunch but also something that is warm. I don't like eating cold vegetables when it's cold outside. I think I'm going to try this recipe and maybe have a side of broccoli or cauliflower with it.

And I want something healthy for dessert. I love dessert but I don't want a lot of calories. I found an easy and healthy dessert that I am going to try.

    We're going to have a great week! I absolutely agree with you. When it's cold outside, cold veggies make my tummy turn over. I've really enjoyed roasting most of my veggies lately. Favorites: cauliflower, turnip and zucchini. You might also try making a big pot of crockpot chicken chili. Leftovers freeze beautifully and make a quick and comforting lunch option.
