It's time to start making those little steps to get the ball rolling towards our 5% goals! Let's Fly Butterflies!
The 5% Challenge officially begins today! I'm so excited. I've eaten a protein filled breakfast and started trying to integrate more fruits and veggies. I cheated with breakfast by including a serving of juice with a serving of fruits/veggies in it. I know its not the same but small steps... Little strokes fell big oaks! I'm taking small steps to build up to giant leaps forward on my journey.
My goal for the 5% Challenge: 8.32 pounds in 8 weeks which equals 1.04 pounds a week. That will get me to 158.08lbs - only 8 pounds from my 150 goal! I'm hoping to exceed that by just a little though to reach my goal closer to my original deadline of April 18 (my 26th birthday)
EDIT: WOOHOO! It's 4:15 here in Mississippi and I've added 120 minutes to our team's total. I've actually done 125 though and plan to do some more later. I've also gotten in 10 glasses+ of water and although I feel like I'm going to float away will probably drink some more since more workout time will follow.
