Rough week, getting back on track TODAY

Oh man, have I been off this week. Having a stomach bug over the weekend was the beginning of it all and then for pretty much the rest of the week, I just wasn't feeling quite right. Not really sick, but definitely not functioning at 100%. So I got pretty lazy, doing minimal workouts (or not working out at all on Thursday and Friday...). And I was being terrible with my eating! A lot of unhealthy snacking.
Now I feel absolutely zero motivation to workout. I so quickly got out of my good routine that I was in. But I just forced myself to do a good heart pumping workout that I haven't really done all week and I'm feeling pretty good. I just have to keep forcing myself until it's a habit again and I enjoy it. Part of the problem is is that I really am tired of working out inside. I can't wait for it to get warm out so I can go ride my bike or take good walks. But the weather has just been too cold and damp and I've been battling a nasty sounding cough that I really don't want to agitate.
Hopefully Spring is going to be coming soon, although we're supposed to have snowy rainy weather all weekend.... I just have to make sure that I keep making myself workout. Because I know that if I start slacking now with the intention of picking it back up in the Spring, it will never really happen. So I am getting back on track today. Not tomorrow, not Monday. Today I am starting my exercise routine again and I will begin eating better again.
