BLC21 Sail Away (Photo Buffet Journey)

One of my teams Question Of The Day was how we would handle the buffet on a cruise. Well I started looking my cruise photos from May thought it would be fun to upload some of what I ate.

This was my very first meal on the ship before we sailed away

and dessert

This was breakfast the next day

and this was dessert every night

This was the Mongolian stir fry. Very healthy but the line was soooo long

The last few days we realized that we could go to the sit down restaurant for breakfast.

This was the day before we left. At this point, I was kinda sick of the food because the food was making me sick.

I see why I gained almost 10lbs. Thank goodness I lost about 8lbs the first week back.

WOW that was very eye opening. I cruised before I started staying away from my intolerance food. I know that if I cruised again, my food journey would look A LOT different.

    A lot of cruise lines are working on having healthy meal alternatives with less sodium and calories. But you have to make the disciplined choices on your own!

    Talk about constant temptation.... I think I need more practice at a healthy life choices before I cruise.

    I have to agree with you. I have been on three cruises and ate all I could. If I was to go on another cruise I would defiantly be picky about choosing the healthy choices.
